Fred Herscovitch: Education

Fred Herscovitch received his B.Sc. from Concordia University (1965), and his B.Ed from the Université de Montréal (1970). In addition, he has earned a Province of Quebec Teachers Diploma from St. Joseph Teachers College (1970).
